An AI that
feels like me.

I grew up daydreaming about Jarvis.

I wanted to send an intelligence out into the world and trust it to get things done. Make the call. Figure out the plans. Deal with the thing I’d been putting off. But in my daydream, it had my voice. It knew how I would ask, what I cared about, and when I would say no.

I wanted a version of me that could take some work off my shoulders.

So I made lists. I kept journals. Movies I’d watched. Books I’d read. Restaurants, what I ordered, what I loved and what I wouldn’t get again. Places I’d been, random things I’d seen, beers and wines I’d tasted. Flights, concerts, desserts. The people I was with.

Some of it was just the pleasure of remembering. But I also had this thought: one day, I could give all of this to an intelligence that would know me. I wouldn’t have to start from scratch every time I asked for help.

That’s the idea I’ve been carrying around for years. It’s why we’re building Lore.

Think about the dinner after the dinner. You’ve had a good night, and now someone has to work out the bill. I want my agent to know who was there, help split the check, and prepare the Venmo requests in words I’d actually use. I can check them, give the okay, and get back to my evening.

Or the email I know I need to write but haven’t found the energy for. The airline call that means explaining the same situation to three different people. I want an agent that has the context, understands what I’m trying to get done, and can express it in my voice and tone.

A draft should sound like something I would send. A call should reflect how I’d handle the conversation. If it has to make a choice I haven’t prepared it for, it should know to come back to me.

That’s a high bar. I’m asking an agent to represent me. Getting the task done is only part of it. I want to feel comfortable with how it got there.

Your data is yours. Always.

The things that make this possible are personal. Your voice, your memories, the small details you share because they matter to you. We’re building Lore around the belief that those things belong to you. You should decide what your agent knows and what it can do with that knowledge.

I want to look back through my lore and remember a meal, a place, a version of myself. And I want to use that same context to make tomorrow a little easier.

There’s still a lot to build. But after years of keeping those lists and imagining what they could become, I’m ready to meet the agent I’ve been making room for.

Maybe you’ve been waiting for yours, too.
